摘要
本研究以天然铝矾土、工业钛白粉为主要原料,加入少量添加剂,采用一步烧结法研制成功了稳定的钛酸铝、莫来石为主晶相的陶瓷材料。其常温抗折强度为20.0~55.0MPa,热膨胀系数为0.5~3.0×10-6/℃(1000℃),耐火度大于1750℃。
By adopting natural bauxite and industrial titanium dioxide as main raw materialsand adding a few additives into the composition, a stable ceramic material with aluminium titanate and mullite as key crystalline phase is sucessfully developed through single sinteringwhich has the bending strength 20. 0~55.0MPa at room temperture, thermal expansion coefficient 0. 5~3.0× 10-6/℃ (1000℃) and refractoriness 1750℃.
