济钢300m^3高炉热风炉烟气余热利用

摘要 为提高热风炉理论燃烧温度,提高风温,利用热风炉烟气余热预热助燃空气,是高炉增产节焦、降耗节能的重要措施。热风炉烟气余热利用技术已在济钢多座高炉上采用,该措施在技术上可行,可将助燃空气预热至180~200℃,工艺布置简单易行,投资少,效益显著。 For enhancing theory combustion temperature of hot blast stove and incrcasing hot blast temperature, pre-heating aid combustion air used of flue gas thermal energy of hot blast stove is a important measure for blast furnace incredsing productivity, saving coke,decreasing consumption and saving energy . This technique has been used in blast furnaces of Jinan Iion and Stecl general works. Through preheating,the temperature of aid combustion air can be up to 180-200℃,This technique has simple process arrangement ,low investment and remarkable economics result.
