中小转炉单流道二次燃烧氧枪喷头的研制

摘要 针对中小型氧气顶吹转炉,合理设计二次燃烧氧枪喷头的结构参数。在不改变转炉原有供氧系统的情况下,应用单流道二次燃烧氧枪喷头提高废钢比2~4%,吨钢多吃废钢20~40kg。同时具有化渣快,喷溅少,缩短吹炼时间,改善冶炼效果等优点。 The paper introduces the reasonable constructional parameter of secondary combustiong oxygen lance injecting nozzle directed toward medium and Small oxygen top-blown converter. Under the circumstance of no chang orlginal supplying oxygen system of converter,the ratio of serap steel can increase by a factor of 2 4%and the comsumption quantity of serap steel can inerease by 20 40kg in every ton liquid steel than before through used of oxygen ldnce injecting nozzle with single passage-secondary combustion. Other, its adventages are speed melting sIag.small splashing quantity. shortening blow time and improving melting effect, etc.
