激光照射对铝合金焊接件强度的影响

摘要 对5086H32和6061T6合金焊接件进行激光照射后,5086H32合金的屈服强度比不照射提高70MPa,与基体屈服强度接近;6061T6合金屈服强度提高85MPa,介于焊接与基体屈服强度之间,在一定的照射条件下,焊接区的维氏金刚石硬度提高11%,且沿厚度方向的硬度分布均匀。 Aftre illuminating laser to 5086H32 and 606IT_6 alloy welding part,the yield strength of 5086 H_(32) alloy is increased by 70 MPa compared with no illuminating laser alloy, which is near to matrix yield strength and the yield strength of 6061T_6 alloy is increased by 85MPa,which is in between of welding and matrix yield strength. Under a certain circumstance of laser process, the vickers diamond haraness is increased by a factor of 11%in the welding zone and it has mean hardness distribution in the direction of thickness.
