济钢三铁1^#高炉大修工艺设计

摘要 济钢三铁1^#高炉扩容大修工艺设计中采用了炉体,炉前技术,使高炉容积由100m^3提高到128m^3,高炉,热风炉采用汽化冷却,高炉可节水95%,节电90%。热风炉节水,节电延长设备使用寿命,热风阀使用寿命大于一代炉龄。高炉煤气使用布袋除尘器,128m^3高炉每年节水154×10^4t,节能折合标准煤2000t,使用顶燃式热风炉热内温度可达1000-1350℃;微机监测稳定了操作,提高了效率。 Becouse the furnace body and the fumace front reforming techniques dre applied,the valume of blast furnace is increased from 100m ̄3 to 128m ̄3 and through application of vapouring cooling teehnique for blast furnace and hot blast store,the blast furnace can save of 95%water and 90%electricity. The service life of hot blast valve is greater than a generation campaign,because of extending sveice life of equipments. The blast furnace can save of water 154 × 10 ̄4 t and 2000t standdard coal tvery gear, because of application of bag filier.The hot blast temperature can up to 1000~1350℃ when hte top coinbusting hot blast fumace is applied. Since used of conputer monitoring control,the preduction effeciency of equipments are increased . The utilization factor of blast furnace in a mean of month is more than 2.35t/m ̄3·d.
