摘要
对24例正常儿童及20例早搏患儿进行了心血池显像及相位分析,并与心电图,心肌酶进行了对比性研究。结果显示,早搏组LVEF、ILVEF、SLVEF、ALVEF及心室相角程均低于正常组,以心室相角程、SLVEF、ALVEF异常变化的程度较大。早搏>10次/min、CPK-MB≥16U/L、早搏QRS-T综合波≥0.36s,R-R'/R-R<0.65者显著影响心功能,需及时治疗。
The authors examined 24 normal children and 20 pediatric patients with premature beats by gated blood-pool images and phase analysis. The results were compared with the myocardial enzyme and EKG. The results showed that LVEF, ILVEF, SLVEF, ALVEF, PER and ventricular phase angle were lower in patients than in normal children, especially the ventricular phase angle.SLVEF and ALVEF were more significant in the degree of change. The heart function of the patients with premature beats which were more than 10 times/min, CPK-MB>16U/L, QRS-T complex of premature beats>0. 36s or R-R'/R-R<0.65 was significantly low. They should be treated in time.
