早搏患儿SPECT心功能显像及相位分析的应用研究

THE RESEARCH OF HEART FUNCTION AND PHASE ANALYSIS BY SPECT IN CHILDREN WITH PREMATURE BEATS

对２４例正常儿童及２０例早搏患儿进行了心血池显像及相位分析，并与心电图，心肌酶进行了对比性研究。结果显示，早搏组ＬＶＥＦ、ＩＬＶＥＦ、ＳＬＶＥＦ、ＡＬＶＥＦ及心室相角程均低于正常组，以心室相角程、ＳＬＶＥＦ、ＡＬＶＥＦ异常变化的程度较大。早搏＞１０次／ｍｉｎ、ＣＰＫ－ＭＢ≥１６Ｕ／Ｌ、早搏ＱＲＳ－Ｔ综合波≥０．３６ｓ，Ｒ－Ｒ＇／Ｒ－Ｒ＜０．６５者显著影响心功能，需及时治疗。

The authors examined 24 normal children and 20 pediatric patients with premature beats by gated blood-pool images and phase analysis. The results were compared with the myocardial enzyme and EKG. The results showed that LVEF, ILVEF, SLVEF, ALVEF, PER and ventricular phase angle were lower in patients than in normal children, especially the ventricular phase angle.SLVEF and ALVEF were more significant in the degree of change. The heart function of the patients with premature beats which were more than 10 times/min, CPK-MB>16U/L, QRS-T complex of premature beats>0. 36s or R-R'/R-R<0.65 was significantly low. They should be treated in time.
