摘要
用灭活的鸭乙型肝炎病毒(DHBV)免疫健康成年鸭,观察鸭外周血淋巴细胞的增殖,同时用间接ELISA法检测免疫鸭血清中抗DHBs/pres和抗DHBc。结果发现,在2次免疫后,4只鸭均产生低滴度的抗DHBs/pres,抗DHBc仅在1只鸭中一过性地出现,4只鸭中3只于第三次免疫后出现对DHBs/presAg的淋巴细胞增殖反应,2只出现对DHBcAg的增殖反应。表明鸭对DHBs/presAg的免疫应答性校对DHBcAg强,动态观察细胞和体液免疫出现的时相,多数鸭先测及抗体,用抗DHBs/pres被动免疫幼鸭可部分阻断DHBV的实验感染。
In ducks immunized with inactivated DHBV, specific cell mediated immune responses were assayed with an antigen-driven lymphocyte proliferation test which the authors developed for the first time. Antibody responses to DHBs/presAg and DHBcAg were assayed with an indirect ELISA. All four immunized ducks devloped low titers of anti-DHBs/pres while anti-DHBc was detected only in one duck after repeated immunization. Three of four ducks showed DHBs/presAgspecific lymphoproliferative response after 2 nd booster, lymphocytes from two ducks responded to DHBcAg at the same time. In the followup Studies, antibody responses preceded cellular responses. Duck serum with anti-DHBs/pres activity partially protected ducklings against DHBV challenge when injected 3 days in advance.
