糠醛缩氨基硫脲衍生物与过渡金属离子的配位稳定性和抑菌活性研究

摘要 研究了N4-取代-糠醛缩氨基硫脲衍生物与过渡金属离子Mn(Ⅱ)、Fe(Ⅲ)、Co(Ⅱ)、Ni(Ⅱ)、Cu(Ⅱ)和Zn(Ⅱ)在无水乙醇中的配位情况及配合物的组成、摩尔吸收系数和稳定常数,并对配体进行了抑菌活性实验。结果表明,在无水乙醇中,配体与金属离子Co(Ⅱ)形成1:3配合物,与Ni(Ⅱ)、Zn(Ⅱ)形成1:2配合物,与Cu(Ⅱ)存在多种配位形式,与Mn(Ⅱ)、Fe(Ⅲ)则不发生配位反应。配合物的稳定性顺序为Co>Ni>Zn。 The coordinative reactions of N4-substituted furfural thiosemicarbazone derivatives with Mn (Ⅱ), Fe(Ⅲ), Co(Ⅱ), Ni (Ⅱ),Cu (Ⅱ) and Zn( Ⅱ ) in ethanol spectrometrically were studied and the compositions, molar absorptivity and stability constants of coordination compounds were determined. The activity of the ligands against eight kinds of bacteria was tested. The results showed that the ligands reacted with Co( Ⅱ ) formed 1 : 3 coordination compounds, Ni (Ⅱ ) and Zn ( Ⅱ) 1 : 2 compounds, and Cu( Ⅱ )did several kinds of coordination forms. Mn ( Ⅱ ) and Fe (Ⅲ) did not react with the ligands. The seqence of stability of the coordination compounds is Co>Ni>Zn.
