摘要
从莲子心（Ｎｅｌｕｍｂｏｎｕｃｉｆｅｒａ）弱极性部位分离得到７个化合物，通过波谱解析和理化性质测定确定其结构分别为棕榈酸（Ⅰ），β－谷甾醇（Ⅱ），β－谷甾醇正辛烷酸酯（Ⅲ），β－谷甾醇棕榈酸酯（Ⅳ），β－谷甾醇－３－Ｏ－β－Ｄ－萄葡糖甙（Ⅴ），莲心碱（Ⅵ）和甲基莲心碱（Ⅶ），化合物Ⅲ和Ⅳ系首次自该属植物中分得。
Seven compounds were isolated from the less polar fractions of the petroleum ether and ethyl ether extract of seed embryo of Nelumbo nucifera. Two sitosterol esters were characterised as β-sitosterol caprylate and β-sitosterol palmitate as well as five other compounds, they are palmitic acid, β-sitosterol, β-sitosterol 3-O-β-D-glucoside, liensinine and neferine. This is the first time the two sitosterol esters have been reported in the genus.
