摘要
１９９３年７月至１９９３年１２月行电视腹腔镜卵巢肿瘤切除术１８例，均获得成功，手术时间４０～１４０ｍｉｎ，平均９８ｍｉｎ，２例术中出血２０～５０ｍｌ，余无明显出血。术后第一天胃肠蠕动恢复并下床活动，不需置尿管可自解小便，术后均无并发症，平均住院时间２．６天。腹腔镜卵巢肿瘤切除术具有损伤小，痛苦轻，恢复快，瘢痕小等优点。
Eighteen operations were performed with TV peritoneoscope for ovarian tumors from July to December, 1993.All of them were successful. The operating time was between 40 to 140 minites (mean 98 min) .Only 2 cases had intraoperative hemorrhage ( 20-50ml) . Others had no obvious hemorrhage. At the first day after the operation, the patients' gastrointestinal peristalsis recovered, and they could take outof-bed activities and micturate volunarily. None of them bad complications.The averege time in hospital was 2.6 days. The ovarian tumor resection with peritoneoscope has the advantages of slight injury, petty pain, quick recovery and small scar.
