摘要
以S100型掘进机的电控箱为研究对象,对其井下工作振动情况进行了现场实测,通过对实测数据的处理分析,得到了电控箱在不同工况下的线性频谱和在特征频率点处的动画工作振型。此项研究工作为以后进一步提高电控箱的工作可靠性和使用寿命,提供了基础依据和参考价值。
The anthor measured the vibration of the electronic control box of underground heading machine. From the analysed and processed data, a linear frequency spectrum in different working conditions of the device and its animated drawing of working vibration shape at special frequecy point were obtained. This may provide a fundermental foundation and some referential value for improving the reliability and extending the service life of the device.
