烟酸占替诺治疗脑梗塞88例的临床观察及护理

Clinical Observation and Nursing on 88 Patients with cerebral Infarction Treated with Xantinol Nicotinate

应用烟酸占替诺静脉滴注治疗８８例脑梗塞患者，用药期间停用其它扩血管药物，有效率为９６．５９％。并与口服烟酸占替诺片剂相比较，其疗程明显缩短。且治疗过程中无明显的毒副作用。

patients with cerebral infarction were given intravenous drip of Xantinol Nicotinate. Meanwhile , all other drugs should be stopped for dilation of the blood vessels. Compared with that of oral administration of Xantinol Nicotinate, the effective rate was 96. 59%.The method had no side effect.
