雾化吸入速尿治疗肺心病伴哮喘患者的护理

Nursing on Cor Pulmonale Patients with Asthma after Aerosol Inhalation of Furosemide

对６例肺心病伴哮喘的患者，在经抗感染、解痉、平喘、激素、给氧等处理疗效不佳时，给予雾化吸入速尿治疗，治疗后的第２天，其症状和肺部体征均缓解，经观察治疗过程中无明显的副作用。

After the measures of anti-infection,aspamolysis,relief of asthma,hormone,,giving oxygen,etc,the good results were not still seen in 6 cor pulmonale patients with asthma,we tried to give the aerosol inhalation of furosemide to them. The next day all the patients,symptoms and signs were relieved.The method had no obvious side effects.
