摘要
本文就传统美德对当代护理工作的作用谈了4个方面的机制:①导向性机制;②调节性机制;③规范性机制;④塑造性机制。通过这4个机制的阐述,旨在引起广大护理理论工作者及护理管理者对我国传统美德的重视。
As to the influence of the traditional virtue on the present nursing work, the author discussed four kinds of mechanisms; guiding adjustion,standardization and mold in order to arouse nursing theoretical workers and nursing administrators to the emphasis of the traditional virtue in our country.
