会阴侧切伤口护理的体会

Nursing on the Wound of the Lateral Episiotomy

采用不同的消毒液对200例会阴侧切患者给予分组护理,并对其严重感染率进行比较,差异不显著(P>0.05);再将分组护理与用0.2%的PP溶液组的总感染率进行比较,差异也不显著。分析3～9月份每月的严重感染率,有逐渐下降的趋势。认为:预防产后会阴侧切伤口的感染,重点不在于使用何种消毒液,而在于加强术后的基础护理及保持会阴部清洁。

According to different disinfectants 200 patients having accepted lateral episiotomy were divided into different groups given nursing. The severe infection rate of the groups was compared with each other. There was no significant difference among the groups (P>0.05). Then the total infection rate of the groups was compared with that in 2% PP solution group. Their difference was not significant. The severe infection rate was analysed each month from March to September. The results showed that the rate became gradually decreased. The author thought that the postoperative basal nursing and keeping perineal region clean were very important instead of using a certain disinfectant so as to prevent the perineal region from infection after the episiotomy.
