生理盐水前导后冲静脉注射法在白血病患者化疗中的应用

Application of Normal Saline to the Leukemia Patients Treated with Chemotherapy before and after Intravenous Injection of a Chemotherapeutical Drug

生理盐水前导后冲静脉注射法，用于白血病患者化疗２１例１５２人次，并与常规静脉注射法２５例１７３人次相比较，其用药后局部静脉炎、水疱、组织坏死、剧烈疼痛的发生率明显下降。

Before and after the intravenous injection of a chemotherapeutical drug, normal saline was given to 21 leukemia patients( 152 persons/times)treated with chemotherapy. The injection was compared with routine intravenous injection given to 25 patients(173 persons/times). The result showed that the advantage of the formal lay in significant drop of incidence rate of phlebitis, blister, tissue necrosis and local pain.
