本文对护理程序、护理诊断做了重点介绍。护理程序是一种实现现代化系统护理的护理工作方法，是护士在临床护理中动态地对多因素决策、措施实行后信息反馈，有计划按系统完整的工作过程。护理诊断是护理程序五个步骤中的第二步，它不同于医学诊断，护理诊断是叙述病人由于病理状态所引起的已存在或潜在的行为反应，包括心理、社会方面的反应。推动实施护理程序和护理诊断是适应生物、心理、社会新医学模式的需要；是护理学发展适应人类“全面完整的健康照顾”的需要。

The nursing process was an important way to realize the modernization of the systemic nursing.The nursing diagnosis meant that a sick person had existing or potential behaviour reaction caused by some disease, including psycological and social reaction. The latter was different from the medical diagnosis.
