指形齿轮铣刀齿形设计及刃磨方法探讨

摘要 针对目前指形齿轮铣刀齿形设计按半径等差取点所存在的问题进行了分析,提出按压力角取点的新方法。这种设计方法对大模数少齿数的矿山齿轮尤为适用。本文对指形铣刀的刃磨方法也进行了探讨。 At present, the tooth form of the finger type gear-milling cutter is designed according to the method of radii of equal-difference to choose the required points. The authors analysed the problems in it, and based on the principle of presuure angle to choose the points. This new method may apply to large modular and less-teeth gear design, especially for mine machinery. In addition, the authors researched the way of grinding the cutting edge of the finger type gear-milling cutter.
