摘要
阐述了某厂离心鼓风机运行过程中存在的振动问题,分析了电动机不平衡振动引起风扇半工频振动的特点,从而得出电动机的不平衡故障是原发性故障,风扇的半工频振动是诱发性故障的结论。
This paper described the vibrating problem of centrifugal air-blower in motion, and analysed the characteristic with regard to non-equilibrium vibration of electric motor which the semi-industrial frequency of air-blower is caused by. From this, it may come to a conclussion that the non-equilibrium vibration of motor is the prima-ry breakdown and the semi-industrial frequency of air-blower is the induced break-down.
