摘要
在大量试验数据基础上,导出了金刚石锯轮锯切5种花岗岩时锯轮寿命公式及锯轮寿命计算通式,并对锯轮成本进行了实验统计分析。给出了生产成本和锯切率之间关系的R-C特性曲线,为锯切过程的优化设计提供了理论和技术依据。完善和丰富了金刚石锯轮锯切硬岩的切削理论体系,并对生产具有现实的指导意义。
In this paper, the authors derived the diamond tool life equation and the R-C characteristic curve in hard rock sawing on the basis of a lot of experiments. The curve clearly indicates the relationship between sawing rate and production cost, and provides the theoretical and technical basis for the most optimistic sawing oper-ations.
