S195型单缸柴油机主轴瓦座孔的磨损过程及刷镀工艺的探讨

STUDY ON THE PROCESS OF WEAR OF THE BEARING HOUSING OF SINGLECYLINDER DIESEL ENGINE OF TYPE S195 AND ITS BRUSH-PLATING TECHNIQUE

本文运用微动磨损原理分析了Ｓ１９５型单缸柴油机主轴瓦座孔的磨损过程，提出了刷镀层应具有的各项性能要求，并在试验的基础上，根据粘着能理论和笔者的工作实践，阐述了试验用镀液的性质，针对所采用的刷镀工艺，提出了刷镀注意事项．

Applying the principle of fretting, the authors give an analysisof the process of wear of the main bearing housing of single cylinder dieselengine of type S195 and thereby make a suggestion about the various properties which the brush-plating layer should process. Further,based on the experiment done by the authors, their practice and according to the theory of surface energy of adhesion, this paper gives a statement about the properties of the brush-platingliquid and for the brush-plating technique adopted, enumerates some important points which should be paid attention to during brush-plating.
