摘要
本文研究了云南东部烤烟及其地质环境中的15个稀土元素,结果表明,烟叶中稀土含量很低(∑REE=10mg/kg左右),烤烟对稀土的吸收率亦很低(平均吸收率0.023),但烟叶中稀土含量与生化组分含量之间存在稳定而显著的相关性.据此认为,稀土元素虽非烤烟生理必需元素,但对烤烟内在品质有重要影响.通过叶面喷施稀土微肥,能有效调控烟叶化学成分,改善其内在品质。
This paper has discovered the first time that, the content of Ree in Flue-cured tobacco leaf is 10. 39ppm, and LREE three times as much as in HREE. Arrange in content order (from more to less) are Coo, La, Nd, Y, Gd, Pr, Sm, Dy, Er, Yb, Tb, Iou, Ho, Lu and Tm. Relative to rock, the planting tobacco soil is evident enrichment of Ree (enrichment coefficient is 1. 66). Tobacco absorpted R infinitely from soil (absorption coefficient is 0. 024). From rock to soil, and from soil to tobacco, the value of LREE/HREE gradual changes less (3. 11, 2. 70, 2. 59). Through correlation analysis, we have discoved that, in tobacco leaf, the 15 R are negative correlation with total sugar,and are positive correlation with total tobacco alkali, total nitrogen (N) and protein. Because R are alkali, the acid red soil is favorable toactivate R. Conversely,the alkali soil is unfavorable to do so. In summarily,R are not physiological essential elements for tobacco, but are suchelements, which have active action in tobacco and its ecological environment, and have important influence on inherent quality of tobacco leaf.
