棉花病害多抗筛选技术和应用的研究

摘要 1985~1988年对棉花多抗筛选中的一些问题进行了探讨。结果如下:①室内测定种子对霉菌的感染状况,抗感品种之间差异比较明显;②在低温条件下将筛选出的抗霉菌和发芽慢的种子在田间直接种植,苗病、枯萎病、黄萎病均有明显减轻的趋势;③室内筛选出的抗霉菌材料在盆栽中再经过苗病,枯萎病、黄萎病的程序间接改良筛选,可以较快地获得好的多抗材料;④棉属不同的三个栽培种抗霉菌能力也有差别,其中中棉抗性最强,陆地棉次之,海岛棉最差;⑤种子抗霉菌性状与棉苗根病、枯萎病、黄萎病的抗病性及小区子棉产量存在着一定的相关性。 From 1985 to 1988, We had gone further into some problems of cotton multi─resistant screening The. following is the preliminary summary 1. The seeds condition of mould infection was tested by the indoor experiment. The result showed the difference between the resistant and the sensitive varieties was apparent.2. Under the low tempretrue, the seeds selected out to be against mould and sprouted slouly were planted and surveyed directly in the field. The tendency of infection of seedling disease wither and verticillium wilt decreased obviously The difference between the resistant and the sensitive varieties was equal to the resultl 1. 3. The materials selected out to be well─resistant to mould were planted in pots,then, through the program of seedling disease, wither, verticillium wilt, they were screened by indirect improved method. so we could get good multi─resistant seeds fast. 4. From the screening effect of three different cultivars, we could see that their capacity of anti─mould was different, among those the risistance of zhong Mian cotton was best, the up land cotton was the better, and the island cotton was the worst. 5. There was some certain correlation between the seeds property of anti─mould, of the resistance to seedling disease, wither, verticilliun wilt and the output of spot─seeding the result indicated that it is active to make progress for the multi─resistant and the new species' cultiviting.
