摘要
本文应用PAP免疫组化法检测80例乳腺癌的ER、PgR与CEA,乳腺癌ER和PgR呈高度正相关,但并不完全一致,因此应同时检测乳腺癌的ER和PgR,以便提高其内分泌治疗的有效率。实验结果还表明,ER及PgR阳性率与乳腺癌分化程度有关,分化越好ER和PgR的阳性率越高,但ER和PgR的表达与组织学类型、肿瘤大小及淋巴结转移情况无明显关系。CEA是乳腺癌的生物学标记之一,已有文献报道CEA阳性是预后不良的指征,本实验结果表明,ER和PgR阳性乳腺癌CEA多为阴性,因此在检测ER、PgR的同时检测CEA可更准确地预示病人的预后。

receptor(ER),progesteronereceptor(PgR)and carcinoembryonic
antigen(CEA) in 80 cases of humanbreast cancer was studied by using
PAP immunohistochemical method,Theresults showed that expression of
ER and PgR in breast cancer was posi-tive correlation,but extent was
difference,We thought that the simultane-ous assay of ER and PgR was
more helpful to increase the effectivenessof endocrinotherapy,The
positive rates of ER and PgR in well-differenti-ated carcinomas were
higher frequently than those of poorly differentiatedtumours(
P<0.025,P<0.025),t was not found that the hormone receptorswere
related to histological type, size of tumor and lymphatic metastasis(
P>0.5,0.9 P>0.1,0.9, P>0.5,0.1),CEA was one of the biologicalindexes
of breast cancer, and positive CEA was a sign of poor prognosis。Our
results showed that in most of breast cancer patients with positiveER
and PgR,CEA was negative。Therefore,when ER and PgR were examined,the
determination of CEA could predict the prognosis of the patients。
