股深动脉分支的应用解剖学研究

An applied anatomical study on the branches of the deep femoral artery

解剖、观察５０侧国人成年尸体的股深动脉分支，分为６种主型：深全干型为７２±６．３５％，深外干型为１８±５．４３％，深内干型为４±２．７７％，深内升（降）干型、深升（降）干型及深孤独干型分别为２±１．９８％。并就旋股内、外侧动脉的起源、走行、分布及应用解剖学问题进行了讨论。

he dissection and observation of the branches of the deep femoral ar-tery were made in 50 sides Chinese adult cadavers. They were divided into6 types,Type Ⅰ had the highest percentage(72±6.35%) , came Type Ⅱ (18±5.43%)and then Type Ⅲ( 4 ±2.77%),Types Ⅳ,Ⅴ and Ⅵ only hadless percentage respectively(2±1.98%),The origin,track, distributionand the problems on the medial femoral circumflex artery and lateral femo-ral circum flex artery were discussed for clinical use.
