摘要
复方水蛭胶囊能明显对抗氯化钡及乌头碱诱发的大鼠心律失常；显著缩小家兔实验性心肌梗塞范围，降低ＳＴ段的异常抬高，减少病理性Ｑ波的发生；还可显著降低高切变率下的全血粘度。
n the experiment with rats compound leech
capsule could inhibit ventricular arrhyth- mias induced by BaCl2 or
aconitine. After using the capsule in rabbits,the extent of the ex-
perimental myocardial infarction was diminished,the ST segment
elevation was improvedand the number of pathologic Q wave was
decreased, compared with NS(P<0.01).Inaddition,it significantly
declined the blood viscosity at high shear rate.
