摘要
３９例风湿性心脏病二尖瓣狭窄病人经皮穿刺球囊二尖瓣成形术（ＰＢＭＶ）前后心电图Ｐｖ１的终末电势（ＰＴＦｖ１）分别为－０．０４８ｍｍ·ｓ±０．０１６ｍｍ·Ｓ和－０．０２９ｍｍ·ｓ±０．００９ｍｍ·Ｓ（Ｐ＜０．０１）。此变化与ＰＢＭＶ前后二尖瓣口面积。左房（ＬＡ）内径、ＬＡ平均压及左室射血分数的变化对照相关性良好。提示ＰＴＦｖ１的检测对ＰＢＭＶ疗效的判定有一定意义。

srespectively before and after percutaneous balloonmitral
valvuloplasty(PBMV).These changes were closely correlated with the
increase inthe mitral valve area,the decrease both in the left atrial
diameter and in the mean left atrialpressure,and the increase in the
left ventricular ejection fraction. The results suggested thatthe
measurement of PTFV1 had an important clinical significance in the
evaluation of thera-peutic effect of PBMV.
