摘要
本研究结果表明大气总悬浮颗粒物（ＴＳＰ）可引起大鼠肺泡巨噬细胞存活率、吞噬率和吞噬指数下降，除低剂量组外其余各组均随着染毒剂显和毒作用持续时间的延长而下降幅皮增大。扫描电镜下肺地巨噬细胞形态也发生变化．表现为细胞的突起、伪足减少甚至于消失。说明大气总悬浮颗粒物对肺泡巨噬细胞有一定的细胞毒作用。
