Astronomical refraction is a basic subject in astrometry. It would affect the datermination of stellar position. The automatic sampling system for collection of meteorological data is a important device for the researcll on astronomical refraction and the analysis of the relationship between the meteorological parameters and the errors of determination of positions. The automatic sampling system for collection of meteorological data is presented in this paper and it can be used to other astronomical instrument.
