摘要
在乙酸酐和少量硫酸存在下,丙二酸与具光学活性脂环酮反应缩合成Meldrum酸的类似物.除(-)-薄荷酮生成相应产物产率可达32%外,(R)-(十)-樟脑、(S)-(-)-樟脑和(R)-葑酮的反应产率仅有1~2%.(R)-诺蒎酮在这反应条件下发生重排反应,生成丙二酸(4’-亚异两基)亚环己酯,产率为33%.
In the presence of acetic anhydride and a small amount of sulphuric acid, the condensation reaction between malonic acid and optically active aliphatic cyclic ketones gave Meldrum'S acid analogues. (-)-Menthone changed to its corresponding product in 32% yield, while (R) - (+) -camphor (S) - (-)-camphor and (R)-fenchone turned to their corresponding products only in 1- 2% yield. In the same reaction condition,(R)-Nopinone rearranged into (4'-isopropylidene ) cyclohexylidene malonate in 33%yield.
