浅论我国社会保障体系的建立与完善

A BRIEF REMARKS ON HOW TO EATABLISH AND PERFECT THE SYSTEM OF SOCIAL INSURANCE

企业破产与职工失业是我国国有企业深化体制改革、转换经营机制所必须付出的代价,解决这一问题的根本途径是建立和完善社会保障体系。文中对如何建立和完善这种体制在内容、机构、原则等方面做了一些初步探索。

The bankrupcy of enterprises and unemployment are inevitable in the coarse of deepening me reform of the organization of state-owned enterprises and changing the management mechanism. The only solution to the problem is to establish and perfect social insurance system. This paper has made some tentative exploration of the way to do so in regard to the content, organization and principle of the system.
