摘要
根据冷轧辊的主要用材GCr15的化学成份、工件尺寸和其他热处理工艺参数的变化,在出M一PC机上开发以TurboC为语言工具,采用菜单形式输入数据,预测冷轧辊经淬火和回火后的淬硬层深度和表面硬度。
With the help of language tool Turbo C and menu input mode on computer IBM-PC,according to the parameters of the chemical components,workpiece sige and heat treat-ment technology,the author forecasts the surface hardness and bardened depth of thecold-roller,being made of GCr15,quenched and tempered.
