Forecasting the Surface Hardness and Depth of Hardening for Cold-Rollers by Computer

根据冷轧辊的主要用材ＧＣｒ１５的化学成份、工件尺寸和其他热处理工艺参数的变化，在出Ｍ一ＰＣ机上开发以ＴｕｒｂｏＣ为语言工具，采用菜单形式输入数据，预测冷轧辊经淬火和回火后的淬硬层深度和表面硬度。

With the help of language tool Turbo C and menu input mode on computer IBM-PC,according to the parameters of the chemical components,workpiece sige and heat treat-ment technology,the author forecasts the surface hardness and bardened depth of thecold-roller,being made of GCr15,quenched and tempered.
