应用牛磺胆酸钠溶液注入大鼠胆胰管内,诱发大鼠急性胰腺炎(AP)。术后1.6、12h分别检测血浆内皮素(ET)、胰组织血流量(PBF)及灌注量(PTP)、胰组织丙二醛(MDA)和钙离子(Ca6^2+)的变化,并探讨ET与其它指标的相关性。结果显示:与假手术组相比,AP大鼠术后随时间延长,ET、MDA和Ca^2+含量则递增,PBF、PTP呈递减。ET与PBF、PTP呈负相关(P〈0.05)、与MDA、
Acute pancreatitis(AP)model in rats was made by injection of 5% sodium taurocholate into the bile-pancreatic duct. The contents of endothelin(ET)in plasma, malondialdehyde(MDA)and Ca2+ in pancreatic tissue were determined,pancreatic blood flow(PBF)and pancreatic tissue perfusion(PTP)were also measured at1,6, 12 hours after operation. The rats were divided into 2 groups: control group and AP group. Results showd that the value of plasma ET, pancreatic tissue MDA and Ca2+ were significantly increased,PBF and PTP were significantly decreased in the AP group compared to those in the control group. Using the correlation and regression analysis,positive correlation between ET and MDA or Ca2+ and negative correlation between ET and PBF or PTP were found. These results suggest that ET could play a pathophysiologic role in rats with AP, and the possible mechanism might be related to free radical reaction,Ca2+ overload and pancreatic ischemia.
