人精子核内赖氨酸定性定量测定及其应用

Measurement Quantitative of Lysine in Human Sperms

实验采用２９例正常男性精液，经５％苯胺蓝染色后，对精子核内赖氨酸作定性定量测定，以了解精子核转型和成熟状况。测定结果：光镜计数其赖氨酸阳性率为５％～３０％范围内；显微分光光度计测得其赖氨酸相对平均含量为１０．９８±８，３２ＡＵ＊。本实验结果可供临床或后继研究参考。

Semen samples taken from 29 normal fertile men were collected. The lysine-rich histone in the sperm head was demonstrated by using the aniline blue staining method. The quantity of lysine-rich histone was measured by two ways i. e, lysine positive sperm percentage under microscope and spectrophotometery, and the normal values were 5.30% and 10.98±8.32AU respectively. It has been suggested by us that this result could be used as a normal standard for andrological study.
