摘要
本文报道新型Fe_(72)Cu_1Nb_2V_2Si_(13)B_(10)和Fe_(72)Cu_1Nb_1Mo_1V_2Si_(13)B_(10)纳米晶合金的磁性能。直流起始磁导率μ_i的水平分别为138.16mH/m和113.04mH/m;矫顽力Hc水平分别为0.6和0.64A/m;对应H_m=0.08A/m和f=0.1和1MHz的相对有效磁导率μ_e水平分别为2.7×10~4,2.5×10~4和0.4×10~4,0.32×10~4;高频铁损水平分别为P_(3/100K)=612和730kW/m^3;P_(2/500K)=4260和5040kw/m^3;P_(0.5/1000K)=980和1090kw/m^3,这些都可与Fe-Cu-Nb-Si-B类纳米晶合金的相比,但大大优于优良的功率Mn—Zn铁氧体H_(7C4)的水平。
In the present paper,the magnetic propeities of new nanocrystalline Fe72Cu1Nb2V2Si13B10 and Fe72Cu1Nb1Mo1 V2Si13B10 alloys are reported.The levels of d.c.initial peimeability in these two alloys are 11 × 104and9 × 104 , respectively,the hvels of coei ivity are 0.6 and 0.64A/m,the valuas of relative effective permeability corresponding to Hm = 0.08A/m and f = 0.1 and 1MHz have reached the following levels:2.7 × 104 2.5 × 104,and 0.4 × 104,0.32 × 104, the levels of high-fieqency core loss are as foliows:Ps/100K = 612 and 730kw/ m3,P2/500K = 4260 and 5040 kw/m3,P0.5/1000K = 980 and 1090kw/m3,these
opertes are comparable to those of Fs-Gu-Nb-Si-B alloys,and Considerably superior to those of supetior power Mn-Zn ferrite H7C4.
