用1吨真空感应护或5吨电弧炉加炉外精炼手段进行冶炼,焊接手段采用LH-300等离子焊机,液压四辊机开坯,甘辊森吉米尔精轧机进行成品轧制,再配合以合理的工艺设计,实现了大卷重高精度磁头材料的制造。

Melting, is made in an 1 t vacuunie-inducticn furnace or a 5 t arc furncas with the addition tc secondary refining technique.Welding uti -lizes LH^300plasnia welding machine.Hydraulic four high rclling mill is used fcr cogging.Twenty-high roll sendzintir finishing mill is applied to produce finished relied stock,combining with reasonable technology design again,a as result,we realize the production cf heavy coil weight and high precision material cf magnetic head.
