宽频带计测磁头用非晶合金的研究

摘要 研制出宽频带计测磁头用非晶合金,主要成分为Co(74-78)Fe(0.5-3)Nb(17-22)B(0 5一2.0)。本研制合金磁性能优良、硬度高、脆性小、耐磨性好。用其制成的磁头,频响特性优良,优予标准FeSiAl合金,接近和达到美SPin合金水平。 The amorphous alloy utilized as measuring magnetic head cf wide frequence band has been developed. Its nominal chemical ccrripcsiticn is Cc (74~78)Fe(0.5~3)Nb(17~22)B(0.5~2.0).The alley in the present study has fine magnetic p3rfcnnance,high hardness,small brittle,good wear resis-tance.The frequency response cf magnetic head made cf this alley is superior to standard FeSiAl alley,which approaches and comes up to the level of American spin alky.
