严格控制原材料并利用可调成分的1吨真空中颇感应炉冶炼,加之制定严格的生产工艺及热处理退火工艺,可确保磁头材料的性能一致性及稳定性。改善材料的应力敏感性则须从多种角度进行考虑。

By strictly controlling, raw material and using 1 t vacuum intermediate-frequency inductive furnace smelting for composition adjustment as well as working cut the stringent production process,heat treating and annealing technology,property consistencd and stability of material of magnetic head can be guaranteed.An improvement ou sensitivity to stress of material may be made by taking mere aspect' of the matter into account.
