局域场关联和二维体系的不稳定性

THE LOCAL FIELD CORRELATION AND THE INSTABILITY IN TWO-DIMENSIONAL SYSTEMS

本文采用STLS方法对超晶格的局域场关联(LFC)和稳态结构因子(SSF)进行了讨论.并在赫伯德(Hubbard)近似下得到了局域场关联GH(k,k_z)的表示式.探讨了超晶格等离子激元的色散和电荷密度波(CDW)的不稳定性,且给出了不稳定性区域的判据.

The Local-Field Correlation(LFC)and the Stationary Srructure Factor(SSF)of the electron superlattice are discussed with the approximation of Singwi-Tosi-Land-Sjolander(STLS) in this paper.The expression of the LFC in Hubbard appioximatjon is acquired.The plasmon dispersion and Charge-Density Wave(CDW)instability for electron superlattice are also studied.The criterion of the unstable region of CDW is obtained.
