涤棉混纺织物的阻燃剂及阻燃工艺研究

RESEARCH ON FLAME-RETARDANT AND FLAME RESISTANT PROCESS FOR P/C BLENDS

本文用THPC与酰胺基的缩聚反应,合成了用于涤棉混纺织物的阻燃剂PN,并就阻燃剂PN的合成条件和阻燃工艺进行了研究.实验表明:涤棉混纺织物经阻燃剂PN整理后,具有优良的耐久性阻燃效果,手感尚可,物理机械性能的影响不大.

The flame-retardant PN for polyster and cotton blend fabric was prepared by the condensation reaction of THPC and amide.The synthetic condition of PN and flame resrstant process were studied.It was proved by experiment that when P/C blend fabric was processed by the flame-retardant PN, a very useful retardant effect was obtained, which made it durable, flame-resistant and nice to the feel, without much effect on the mechanical properties of the fabric.
