摘要
本文采用FORTRAN语言对轧钢三段连续加热炉内金属加热过程进行传热数值计算.依据所测的预热段、加热段及均热段的三点炉温,确定炉温制度.建立的数值模型可以确立炉内任一时刻、任一位置金属内部温度分布曲线.可为炉子设计确定合理结构尺寸提供计算依据;也可为实际加热过程确定优化的加热制度、加热时间提供主要的热工参数.
This paper uses numerical value method and FoRTRAN program to make calculations of metal heating process in three sections continucous lolling mill heatiug furnace. According to the thiee point furnace temperatures of preheating section? heating section and uniform heating section in rolling heating furnace, the furnace temperature system is set up. The numerical value model can calculate the temperature distributions inside the metal at any time and at any location. The model can provide calculatiug data and main heating parameters for the designs of furnaces of reasonable framwork sizes, as well as real heating process and heating time.
