摘要
高技术,特别是机电一体化系统领域技术改造的投资评价问题,是一个涉及许多相互关联因素的多目标决策问题,其中许多目标都是无形的和无法计量的.传统财务评价法无法提供有效、实用的决策支持手段以指导这类投资.本文介绍和运用层次分析法(简称AHP)来解决这类问题.
The justification of investment in advanced technology, especially in the field of technical reconstruction involving mechano-electronic systemes is a multi-objective optimizing problem having many interconnected factors that are intang-ible and immeasurable. The traditional financial justification method can not provide an effective and practical decision-supporting means to guide such inves-tment, AHP method has been recommended and applied to solve such problems.
