结合典型的港机零件用电刷镀技术修复的实例，对电刷镀工艺中钝态铬居上的电刷镀、组合镀层中过渡层和工作层的材料选择，凹坑、擦伤和密集伤痕的修复以及镀层质量检验问题进行了探索，进而对港机零件用电刷镀修复的合理性作了初步分析。

This paper gives some examples of repairs to typical components of port machinery by selective plating technique and studies several technical problems,such as selective plating technology,the material selection of transition and surface layers which form the composite layer,the repairs to cavity,abrasion and even the highly dense abrasion,the layer quality examination, etc,And the rationality of the repair technlque is analysed too,
