The importance of testability for ground to air missile weapon systems is discussed according to their properties. it is thought that the testability is a design property,and must he considered from the beginning of the development of weapon systems and throughout the life cycle. The specific qualitative and quantitative requests are raised,and the allocation and its step of the testability are discussed. Finally illustrating how to assign testability with examples.
