摘要
论述用失效模式、影响、致命度分析(FMECA)法与提高产品质量的关系。介绍开展FMECA工作的基本步骤和冗余设计的数学处理方法。最后简要介绍由于开展了FMECA所取得的成绩。
The relationship between the method of fault mode,effect and fatality analysis(FMECA) and the increase of product quality is described.The basic steps for FMECA and method of mathematic processing are introduced. Finally the achievements from FMECA are briefly introduced.
