Various industrialization conditions of acrylamide production with microbial method. such as culture mediun,experiments of fermentation condition,and ascertaining of catalytic reaction conditions of fixed cell etc. have been detailed. Research has shown that the title method is of high catalytic activity,high slectivity and high reaction rate for acrylonitrile transform.
