高温涡街流量传感器是根据卡门涡街理论,采用高温压电陶瓷制成的敏感器件,本传感器使用PNC型改性偏铌酸铅高温压电陶瓷。这种陶瓷的主要参数为Tc 562[℃]、Kt 0.14、d_(33) 76[pc/N]、ε_(33)~T/ε_o^v220。文章给出了主要压电参数的温度特性和PNC型高温涡街流量传感器的实测参数及主要技术性能。

The high temperature vortex flow - sensor is a sensitive part which is made of high temperature piezoelectric ceramics with Karman vortex theory. PNC type modified lead metaniobate high temperature peizoelectric ceramic has been used in the title sensor. The parameters of the ceramic are Tc 562[℃]、Ki 0. 14,d33 76[pC/N]>εT33/ ε. 220. The temperature characteristics of the main piezoelectric parameter, and the measured parameters of the PNC type high temperature vortex flow - sensor as well as its main technical performances have also been presented in the article.
