Study of Desulfurization Technique on Stack Gas by Seawater

摘要 采用海水对电厂烟气进行脱硫试验。试验结果表明,在进气SO_2浓度为3429~5714mg/m^3、在装有一块塔板的筛板塔中,液气比为25L/m^3时,脱硫率可达80%以上。吸收SO_2后的吸收液经30min的空气曝气,SO_3^(2-)转化为SO_4^(2-)的氧化率可达到100%。经氧化后的吸收液用未吸收的SO_2的海水以1:1中和后,pH值可达到7左右,仍可排入海中。 Adopting seawater for desulfuring power plant stack gas has been conducted. The experimental result showed that the desulfuring effiency was more than 80% for the tower with one piece sieve-tray while the concentration of SO2 in inflow gas was 3429-5714mg/m3 and the ratio of liquor to gas was 25 1/m3. Oxidation of sulfite was 100% after 30min aeration. The oxidized absorbent solution might be discharged into the sea after it was neutralized with fresh seawater at the ratio of 1:1(pH = 7).
