摘要
采用聚合硫酸铁一中和法处理镍电解废水。根据正交设计实验,得出最佳工艺条件为:pH值9.0,聚合硫酸用量为镍含量的2倍, 聚丙烯酰胺用量为4mg/L,反应为常温,测定时间为2~3min。处理后水中镍残余浓度<0.13mg/L,钴<0.01mg/L,铜<0.005mg/L,COD_(Cr)<70mg/L;沉淀时间为2~3min。
Wastewater from nicked electrolysis has been treated by using polyferric sulfate-neutralization process. The optimal conditions were as follows: pH 9.0, amount of polyferric sulfate used was 2 times of nickel content in the wastewater and polyacylamide 4mg/l under room temperature. After treatment, the amount of Ni in wastewater <0.13mg/l Co<0.0lmg/l Cu<70mg/l the depositing time was 2-3min.
