Review on the toxicity of dioxin-like compounds by means of the structure of PCDD5 and PCDD/F2 and toxic effect on human health were presented. The latest evaluation showed that exposed at low dosage dioxin-like compounds may cause adverse effect on human body, such as carcinogenesis etc.
